My name is Fleur
I’m a qualified personal trainer specialising in postnatal fitness and recovery.
As a certified Puff Fitness trainer I have the skills and expertise to look after women safely and effectively during all stages of motherhood.
My mission as a PT is to encourage and support women to prioritise themselves so they can experience the benefits of exercise and physical activity.
A mother, first and foremost.
I've experienced the ups and downs of postpartum and the 4th trimester with your baby especially the challenge to prioritise time for yourself.
I trained throughout my pregnancy, and then once my daughter was born went through the process of rehabilitating my body and mind. As I regained my fitness I became more aware that there weren’t many specialised options available for mothers that were both safe and effective.
I'm passionate about improving your health and wellbeing while also empowering your mind. I want to encourage women to become fit through a personalised training programme, a healthy balanced diet and create a supportive network.

Many women especially mothers feel intimidated by the gym which is why I’ve created a studio in the central suburbs of Auckland that provides a safe, supportive and private environment.
